If you’re up early, you’ll find Sarah bringing the heat in our early morning classes, setting the tone for a powerhouse day. On Tuesday nights, she takes it up a notch, leading circuit kickboxing just for the ladies—high-energy, strength-building, and a whole lot of fun! A dynamic trainer with serious skills, Sarah brings power, precision, and motivation to every class. You can also catch her in action at  Big Country MMA, proving she’s just as fierce as she is fun!
